What We Took Away From the 2026 NFPA Conference & Expo.
The biggest lesson from the NFPA Conference & Expo wasn't showcasing our platform — it was listening. Here's what a week of conversations with contractors, engineers, and industry leaders confirmed about building trustworthy AI for fire protection.

One of the biggest lessons we took away from the NFPA Conference & Expo wasn't just the opportunity to showcase our platform—it was the opportunity to listen.
Over the course of the event, we spoke with hundreds of contractors, engineers, designers, manufacturers, and industry leaders from across the fire protection industry. Those conversations led to one of our biggest milestones yet: we doubled our product waitlist in just a few days.
Beyond the numbers, we had the chance to meet and talk with teams from some of the industry's most recognized organizations—including Johnson Controls, Ferguson Fire & Fabrication, AutoSPRINK, and other global leaders. Those conversations gave us valuable insight into where the industry is headed and reinforced the growing interest in AI-powered fire protection design.
What stood out most wasn't the excitement around AI itself. It was the validation that the problems we're solving are real. Time and again, we heard that the industry's biggest opportunity isn't replacing expertise—it's giving experienced professionals better tools to work faster, design more efficiently, and deliver with greater confidence.
Building AI for fire protection isn't just about creating powerful technology. It's about earning trust in an industry where accuracy, reliability, and compliance are non-negotiable. Every conversation, every piece of feedback, and every new relationship helps us build a platform that's shaped by the people who rely on it most.
For us, innovation has always been about empowering the experts who keep buildings safe. The momentum from NFPA reinforced that we're not building the future alone—we're building it alongside the industry.
